Saw the Butter Hoodie advertisement on Facebook and it looked perfect !! Warm but not really thick fabric. Perfect coverage as it is longer in the back. I work in the dental field and took it in to show my coworkers and they loved it !! I can highly recommend for the cooler weather ahead !!!

I’ve tried to reach you several times. I keep getting an automated response. I ordered a 2xl and they are too small. Definately not true to size. I usually wear an XL but I wanted them big. It’s too small. You say you’ll send a return tag but I haven’t gotten it. You also said I’d get a store credit. I don’t want a store credit because apparently I can’t wear your small clothes. I need a refund and the return tag to send back. I bought 2!!!!!

I liked the hoodie. What I didn’t like was trying to place another order to use my $25. It told me it couldn’t be used for that purchase. I “ contacted” the company but never got a reply. Only email after email telling me I needed to get product ordered because it was not valid after that night. NO HELP OR WORD from the company!!! Do not appreciate being lied to or mislead
